Palazzo Schifanoia, north wall, month of July: “Borso d'Este receives a group of ambassadors”. In the earthly area, Borso's procession is set in a landscape in which he tried to recognize the features of San Giorgio Fuori le Mura (on the right) and the monastery of Sant'Antonio in Polesine (on the left).Frescoes attributed to Ercole de' Roberti or to the so-called wide-eyed Master (1468-1470).
